VIRTUAL: I also offer virtual 1:1 training! Great for those who don’t live in Chicago, want to mitigate COVID exposure, or prefer the privacy of their home or chosen workout location.
Partner Training
Bring a friend (or a few) to regular sessions designed to guide you all toward your goals in a group setting—and save money in the process.
Custom Programs
Go through a baseline evaluation and then receive a custom workout program to carry out on your own.
