My Services
OVERVIEW
I offer in-person and virtual training, in 1:1 and small-group settings, to meet your schedule and needs. I also offer custom programming—written workout plans—for you to use yourself.
These services can be used independently or in combination to get you moving toward you goals.
Personal Training Sessions
1:1 Personal Training. Attend regular 1:1 sessions, designed to help you progress toward your goals over time, with guidance on how to supplement your training between sessions.
Partner Training
Bring a friend (or a few friends) with similar goals to regular sessions designed to guide you all toward your goals in a more social, group setting—and save money in the process!
Custom Programs
Go through a baseline evaluation and then receive a custom workout program to carry out on your own.
Best for those already self-motivated to train, looking for tailored advice on what to do and how often.
Small Group Classes
I run a regular strength and conditioning class at Mind Body Defense in Uptown. This is a masks-required class in a friendly and motivating small-group setting.
